Flexi Pay Terms & Conditions
- Flexi Pay is exclusively available via the HealthForceGo mobile app
- Flexi Pay is only available to active Newcross employees
- Flexi Pay may be disabled for a number of reasons. If it is disabled, you will be shown a message indicating why within the HealthForceGo mobile app. Please contact us via the Help & Support section in the app or contact your branch for further information if Flexi Pay is disabled
- If you have pulled out from a shift with less than 24 hours’ notice, Flexi Pay will be disabled until you have had an additional two timesheets verified via HealthForceGo after the date of the pulled-out shift
- There is a £1 administration fee for each successfully paid Flexi Pay withdrawal request. This amount will be taken from the Flexi Pay amount
- The minimum amount you can withdraw is £10
- The maximum amount you can withdraw is £500
- Flexi Pay requests can be made at any time and you can make one Flexi Pay request per day (midnight to midnight)
- Successful Flexi Pay payments will arrive in your bank account within 2 hours of being requested
- If there is any error processing your Flexi Pay request, your request may be held until we have completed investigation
- You can withdraw up to 25% of the verified pay value of shifts you've worked that have not already been processed to you via weekly payroll. This amount includes shift pay and any claimed mileage and expenses
- You cannot withdraw funds from a shift that has not yet finished
- Flexi Pay payments will appear as an advanced amount on your payslip
- All Flexi Pay withdrawals are payable at Newcross's discretion
