Auto-assign Terms & Conditions
- Auto-assign is exclusively available via the HealthForceGo® mobile app and available only to staff who work from branches where HealthForceGo® is live.
- Auto-assign is available to staff who are about to go on shift or have just finished a night.
- Bookings eligible to be Auto-assigned will start between 8 hours and 90 days from the date and time at which they are assigned.
- Bookings eligible to be Auto-assigned will start 11 hours or more after, or end 11 hours or more before, any of your confirmed bookings, unless the total combined duration of both bookings is less than 12 hours.
- The distance between the Auto-assigned booking address and staff address must be less than the max distance the staff has indicated they are willing to travel.
- Staff are contractually obligated to work all shifts that they are Auto-assigned to. If they pull out of a shift with less than 24 hours’ notice, they will be disabled from the Auto-assign feature until they have two additional timesheets verified via HealthForceGo®.
- Staff eligible to work Auto-assigned shifts must have worked with the client before.
- Staff eligible to work Auto-assigned shifts must have not already been booked for the same date and time.
- Auto-assigned shifts must not exceed the maximum hours the staff is able to work.
- If there is more than one staff eligible for the same shift, the shift will be assigned to the staff that enabled Auto-assign first.
